How EQUATION fees work

EQUATION Talent Partnerships sourcing commission is paid by the buyer under the accepted payer schedule: 7% for Professional, 5% for Business, or the accepted custom Enterprise schedule. Commission applies once to eligible sourced compensation successfully settled through EQUATION. Existing and imported relationships retain their exemptions. Its base excludes taxes, approved reimbursable expenses, EQUATION fees, and provider fees. Draft offers, budgets, invitations, funding deposits, retries, and external payments merely recorded in EQUATION do not incur this commission. Software coverage is separate and follows an accepted order. Professional is $1,200 per month and Business is $3,000 per month per covered organization; Enterprise requires an accepted custom agreement. Independent talent can use manual seller workflows free. Creating an account or workspace does not initiate checkout. Provider charges and tax are disclosed separately before payment authorization.
